Phil Schaefer has more than twenty years of financial services experience. He entered the Financial Services arena in 2001 and has been a Financial Advisor for West Point Financial Group since 2002.

Phil’s main focus at West Point and Succession Wealth Planning includes assisting his clients with comprehensive planning as well as wealth management services.

Phil enjoys working with young families to help them achieve their financial goals. He also dedicates much of his time to working with physician and dental professionals in Indianapolis and has given lectures and educational speeches to many residencies and fellowships at Indiana University and St. Francis.

Phil graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Butler University in Indianapolis where he also was a four-year letter winner in Lacrosse. Previous employment includes a position with a financial planning firm in St. Louis where he served as a supervisor.

Phil is involved in the community and dedicates his time to many organizations. Each spring he coaches Lacrosse and dedicates his time to the local youth and high school teams in Westfield. He is also involved in his church and is an active member of NAIFA. Phil resides in Westfield with his wife, Kristin, and their five children.

Nicolas grew up in North Judson, Indiana where he graduated North Judson San Pierre High School. He then went on to attend the University of Indianapolis where he earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business.
